Dr. Baily has been the largest provider of Botox in Canada the past 5 years; as well as being one of the largest users of Restylane and Perlane.

As Medical Director for PureMedSpa, the largest chain of Medical Spas in North America, he trains and supervises their physicians and nurses as injectors in addition to injecting patients. He is a Certified Instructor in both Canada and the United States for Botox and Juvederm (Allergan) and Restylane (Medicis).

His “hands-on” training program is regarded as the premier course of its kind by Allergan and Medicis, having certified hundreds of doctors in both the cosmetic and therapeutic uses of Botox, and the basic and advanced uses of facial fillers and mesotherapy.

He is a Member of the Board of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine, and has lectured extensively across North America. He is also a regular contributor to the magazine Spa Canada.
