VIDEOS AVAILABLE FOR BORROWING - FOR TACD MEMBERS Please Fax Nifette at 905-827-6638 or e-mail Nifette if you are interested in borrowing a video. Download the Video / DVD request form here. A maximum of 5 videos may be borrowed at a time. Please send a list of requested videos and a visa number by fax to 905-827-6638 or e-mail through the TACD web site. A visa number will be required to borrow the videos. A charge of $100.00 per video will be placed on the visa if the videos are not returned within four weeks of receiving them. Once your list of required videos is received you will be contacted by Nifette and arrangements will be made to receive the videos.
